Ingredients

  • Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
  • Shallots, thinly sliced – 2 large
  • Scallions, chopped – 4 stalks
  • Cilantro, chopped – 1/4 cup / 15 g
  • Ground black pepper – 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp / 30 mL

Instructions

  2. Add the cubed pork shoulder, stir-frying until the meat is browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the chicken stock and fish sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the pork is tender.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the tapioca rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
