- Parsley – 2 tbsp / 8 g, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the cubed stale bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add them to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Add the toasted bread cubes to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
