- Drain the pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- Add the Tajarin to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water.
- Toss the pasta in the butter until well-coated. Add parmesan cheese, stirring gently to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Plate the pasta, shave white truffle generously on top just before serving.
