Ingredients
- Yellow noodles – 400 g
- Beef – 200 g, thinly sliced
- Shrimp – 200 g, deveined
- Onion – 1 large, chopped
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Curry powder – 2 tablespoons
- Chili paste – 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) – 2 tablespoons
- Bean sprouts – 100 g
- Green onions – 2, chopped
- Tomatoes – 2 medium, diced
- Cabbage – 100 g, shredded
- Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Lime – 1, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook the yellow noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Then add the shrimp and continue to cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the curry powder and chili paste, cooking for about 1 minute until aromatic.
- Add the soy sauce, kecap manis, tomatoes, cabbage, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions. Toss everything together to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
