Ingredients

- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp / 30 ml

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger slices, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add soy sauce, and adjust the salt to your taste, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the shredded chicken to the simmering broth and heat through.
- Divide the noodles among serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth and chicken over the noodles.
- Top with chopped scallions, a sprinkle of white pepper, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
