- cumin – 1 tsp
- paprika – 1 tsp
- egg – 1 large
- salt – 1 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and onion.
- Add bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, approximately the size of your palm.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
