  • egg – 1 large
  • salt – 1 teaspoon
  • vegetable oil – for frying
  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seafood by cleaning and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the green onions into long strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and water to form a smooth batter.
  4. Add the egg and salt to the batter and mix well.
  5. Fold in the seafood and green onions.
