Ingredients
- kale or collard greens – 1 lb / 450 g
- peanut butter – 1/2 cup / 125 g
- onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- tomato – 1 large, chopped
- garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- water – 2 cups / 480 ml
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Add the chopped greens to the pot, mixing well.
- Add water and bring to a simmer.
