- fresh rosemary – 1 sprig

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add the sausage. Brown the sausage, breaking it up into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon.
- Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate for a couple of minutes.

- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
