Ingredients

  • beef sirloin or tenderloin – 500 g / 1.1 lb
  • salt – 1 tsp

  • vegetable oil – 1/4 cup / 60 ml

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin slices, about 0.5 cm thick. Season the slices with salt and ground black pepper.
