Ingredients

  • Feta cheese – 300 g / 10.5 oz
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp / 45 ml
  • Fresh mint – 2 tbsp / 10 g, chopped
  • Fresh dill – 2 tbsp / 10 g, chopped
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Greek yogurt – 1 cup / 240 g
  • Flour – 1/2 cup / 60 g
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste
  • Lemon zest – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, crumble the feta cheese and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then stir in the Greek yogurt.
  4. Add the flour to the yogurt mixture gradually, stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in the chopped mint, dill, and lemon zest.
  6. Combine the yogurt mixture with the crumbled feta. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the cheese mixture into the dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
