- salt – 1 tsp / 5 g

- corn tortillas – 8 pieces
- fresh cilantro, chopped – 1/4 cup / 15 g
- white onion, chopped – 1/2 cup / 75 g
- salsa of choice – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- avocado, sliced – 1 large
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk to blend.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag, making sure the steak is well-coated, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Grill the steak for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the desired degree of doneness is reached. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet or directly on the grill until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing slices of steak in each tortilla, then top with chopped cilantro, onion, salsa, and avocado slices.
