- water – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
Instructions
- Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
- Add the pork strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a wok, heat peanut oil over medium high heat.

- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water and stir into the wok to thicken the sauce.
