Ingredients

  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Onion – 1 large, grated
  • Cumin – 1 tablespoon / 9 g
  • Paprika – 1 tablespoon / 8 g
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon / 6 g
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon / 2 g
  • Wooden skewers – 8, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add cubed lamb to the bowl, ensuring the meat is well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is evenly cooked and charred on the outside.
  6. Serve immediately with grilled vegetables or pita bread.
