Ingredients
- live baby octopus – 500 g

- chopped scallions – 2 tablespoons / 12 g
Instructions
- Thoroughly rinse the live baby octopus in cold water to remove any impurities and slime.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the octopus into small, bite-sized pieces on a clean cutting board.
- Arrange the octopus pieces neatly on a serving plate.
- In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, sesame seeds, sea salt, and chopped scallions to prepare the dipping sauce.
