Ingredients

  • tahini – 1/2 cup / 120 g
  • lemon juice – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • water – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini and lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
  2. Gradually add the water, continuing to whisk until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and cumin, ensuring everything is well incorporated.

  5. Serve the sauce at room temperature, or chill slightly before serving.
