Ingredients
- rumsteck (beef sirloin) – 4 pieces / 200 g each

- butter – 2 tbsp / 30 g
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to high heat.
- Brush the rumsteck pieces lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Place the meat on the heated grill/skillet and sear for about 3 minutes on each side, creating a nice crust.
- Lower the heat and add butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan.
- Baste the meat with the melted butter and herbs for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove the rumsteck from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
