Ingredients
- Paneer – 400 g
- Fresh mint leaves – 1 cup / 30 g
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup / 120 g
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
- Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Cut the paneer into cubes of desired size.
- Blend mint leaves, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt into a smooth paste.
- Coat the paneer cubes in the mint marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a non-stick pan. Drizzle oil on the marinated paneer cubes and arrange them on the grill/pan.
- Cook on medium heat until light brown on all sides, approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala before serving.
