Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the skillet and sear each side until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Add capers, lemon juice, white wine, and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
