- Lime juice – 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- Salt – 1.5 tsp / 9 g
- Black pepper – 1 tsp / 2 g
- Cilantro – 1/4 cup / 15 g (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub this marinade all over the whole chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour to absorb the flavors.
- Once marinated, place the chicken on the grill, breast side up.
- Grill the chicken for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill, let it rest for 10 minutes.
