Ingredients
- Unsalted pistachios – 1 cup / 125 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Parmesan cheese, grated – 1/2 cup / 45 g
- Extra virgin olive oil – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- Fresh basil leaves – 1/2 cup / 30 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- Salt – To taste
- Black pepper – To taste
Instructions

- With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil, processing until well combined and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
