Ingredients

  • dried blueberries – 1 cup / 150 g
  • salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g

Instructions

  1. Grind the dried beef into a powder using a food processor.
  2. Coarsely chop the dried blueberries.
  3. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped blueberries, and salt.
  4. Slowly mix in the melted beef tallow until all dry ingredients are well-coated and the mixture holds together.
  5. Form the mixture into bars or balls, pressing firmly.
  6. Let the pemmican cool and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
