Paneer Tikka is a popular Indian cheese dish that marries the rich tradition of tandoor cooking with two pillars of Indian cuisine: spices and paneer. Originating from the North of India, this vegetarian delicacy captures the smoky, grilled essence of its non-vegetarian counterparts, providing a robust, satisfying dish that is beloved across the country. The cubes of paneer, marinated in a blend of yogurt and spices, develop an exterior char that contrasts beautifully with their soft, creamy insides, making it a quintessential item on any Indian menu.
