Ingredients
- miki noodles – 500 g
- pork belly – 300 g, sliced
- chicken breast – 200 g, shredded
- quail eggs – 12, hard-boiled and peeled
- pork liver – 100 g, sliced
- garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- onion – 1 medium, sliced
- soy sauce – 60 ml (1/4 cup)
- fish sauce – 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- chicken broth – 500 ml (2 cups)
- cabbage – 100 g, shredded
- carrot – 1, julienned
- green beans – 100 g, sliced
- spring onions – for garnish
- ground black pepper – to taste
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan and fry the pork belly until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add pork liver and cook until browned. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and add the vegetables: cabbage, carrot, and green beans. Cook until they are tender yet crisp.
- Add the miki noodles to the pan, stir to combine with the sauce and ingredients thoroughly.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the noodles have absorbed most of the broth.
- Stir in the cooked pork belly and quail eggs. Mix gently.
- Season with ground black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve immediately.
