Ingredients
- fresh egg noodles – 500 g / 1.1 lbs
- ground pork – 250 g / 0.55 lbs
- white onion, sliced – 1 large
- garlic, minced – 4 cloves
- green cabbage, shredded – 200 g / 7 oz
- soy sauce – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
- black pepper – 1 tsp
- egg – 4, fried
- scallions, chopped – 2 stalks
- water – 2 cups / 480 ml
- oil – for frying
Instructions
- Cook the fresh egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the four eggs and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce and water, stir to combine.
- Add shredded cabbage, allowing it to cook until wilted.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Top with the fried eggs and garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
