Pan Francés Peruano is a delightful fusion of French and Peruvian baking traditions, resulting in a uniquely soft and crusty bread. Its roots trace back to the introduction of European baking techniques in Peru during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. With its thin, crispy crust, and fluffy interior, it is a staple on Peruvian breakfast tables, perfectly paired with butter, cheese, or jam.
