Ingredients
- Camembert cheese – 250 g / 9 oz
- Soft butter – 50 g / 1.7 oz
- Cream cheese – 60 g / 2 oz
- Chopped onions – 50 g / 1.7 oz
- Paprika powder (sweet) – 1 tsp
- Caraway seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Beer (optional) – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Remove the Camembert from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature to soften.
- In a bowl, mash the Camembert with a fork until smooth.
- Add the butter, cream cheese, chopped onions, paprika, and caraway seeds, and mix until well combined.
- If desired, add the beer for a subtle kick and adjust consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and let the mixture rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
