  • butter – 1/2 cup / 115 g, melted
  • baking soda – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
  • baking powder – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
  • salt – 1/2 teaspoon / 2.5 g
  • vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon / 5 ml
  • milk – 1/4 cup / 60 ml

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Add sugar and eggs to the mixture, beating until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
