Lolo Buns are a traditional Fijian sweet bread, imbued with tropical flavors from coconut milk, a staple in Fijian cooking. These buns offer a delightful combination of sweetness and fluffiness, often served at breakfast or as a snack with tea. The rich, creamy texture of coconut milk pays homage to the island’s abundant coconut trees, making Lolo Buns a beloved treat in the Fijian archipelago.
