Ingredients

  • milk-fed lamb leg – about 4 lbs / 1.8 kg

  • fresh rosemary sprigs – 4 sprigs
  • sea salt – 2 tsp / 10 g
  • black pepper – 1 tsp / 5 g
  • white wine – 1/2 cup / 120 ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Pat dry the lamb leg with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.
