Ingredients
- milk-fed lamb leg – about 4 lbs / 1.8 kg
- olive oil – 1/4 cup / 60 ml

- sea salt – 2 tsp / 10 g
- black pepper – 1 tsp / 5 g
- white wine – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Pat dry the lamb leg with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
