Ingredients

  • vermicelli noodles – 200 g / 7 oz

  • pork meatballs – 300 g / 10.5 oz
  • water spinach (morning glory) – 150 g / 5 oz
  • garlic cloves, minced – 3 cloves
  • ginger, sliced – 1-inch piece
  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • fish sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • ground white pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves, chopped – for garnish
  • lime wedges – for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a gentle simmer in a large pot.
  2. Add minced garlic, sliced ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, and ground white pepper to the broth. Let simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
