  • fresh crayfish – 1 pound / 450 g

  • dry white wine – 1 cup / 240 ml
  • lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • chopped parsley – 1/4 cup / 15 g
  • sea salt – to taste
  • black pepper – to taste
  • fresh bay leaf – 1 leaf

Instructions

  5. Cover the pot and let the mixture simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
