Ingredients

  • Chili peppers, finely chopped – 2 pieces
  • Mint leaves, chopped – 1/2 cup / 15 g
  • Cilantro, chopped – 1/2 cup / 15 g
  • Roasted rice powder – 2 tablespoons / 30 g
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon / 5 g

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the fish fillet or shrimp and place in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, chopped chili peppers, and sugar until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fish or shrimp and toss to coat completely.
  4. Add shallots, mint leaves, cilantro, and roasted rice powder. Mix gently to combine.
  5. Let the mixture marinate for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
