Ingredients

- salt – 1 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- sweet paprika – 1 tsp
- dried oregano – 1 tsp
- parchment paper – 4 sheets, about 12 inches square
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef or lamb, onion, green pepper, tomato, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and dried oregano.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the four sheets of parchment paper.
- Fold each sheet carefully to create a tight package. Ensure that the edges are sealed well.
- Place the packets on a baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving directly from the parchment.
