  • baharat spice mix – 1 tbsp / 15 g
  • ground cumin – 1 tsp / 5 g
  • ground coriander – 1 tsp / 5 g
  • salt – to taste
  • black pepper – to taste
  • fresh pita bread – 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the meats by trimming excess fat. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, hearts, and livers with olive oil, baharat spice mix, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
