- Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Salt – 1 tsp

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the cod fillets with salt and black pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.
