Ingredients

  • Fresh squid – 1 kg / 2.2 lb
  • Olive oil – 60 ml / 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves, minced – 4 cloves

  • Lemon, juiced – 1 medium
  • Sea salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp

Instructions
