- Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp – 45 ml
- Olive Oil – 3 tbsp – 45 ml
- Salt – 1 tsp – 5 g
- Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp – 2 g
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- Add the chopped parsley and mint to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for a more chilled salad.
