Instructions

- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle about 8 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture on one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half over the filling, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan. Fry each Çiğ Börek on medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
