Ingredients

  • fresh trout – 4 whole (cleaned, 250 g each)
  • olive oil – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • lemon juice – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • fresh parsley – 1/4 cup / 15 g, chopped
  • garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • sea salt – 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • lemon slices – from 1 lemon

Instructions

  2. Rinse and pat dry the trout. Place each fish on a piece of foil, large enough to wrap it well.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture generously inside and outside the trout.
  5. Place lemon slices inside the cavity of each fish.
  6. Wrap each fish tightly in foil.
  7. Grill the wrapped fish for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until cooked through and flaky.
  8. Carefully remove the foil and serve hot.
