Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and brush with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and lemon juice to the saucepan, stirring continuously until it slightly thickens.
  7. Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the chopped dill.
