  • olive oil – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
  • garlic cloves, minced – 6 cloves

  • lemon juice – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • red wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon / 15 ml
  • salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
  • black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon / 2.5 g

Instructions
