Fuži is a traditional pasta hailing from the heart of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. This enchanting pasta, with its unique diamond-shape, is often considered the culinary signature of the region. When paired with the rare and opulent Istrian white truffle, it becomes a dish of unparalleled elegance and decadence. The Istrian white truffle is a sought-after delicacy, known for its intense aroma and complex, earthy flavor profile, reminiscent of the autumn forests. This recipe aims to showcase the symphonic blend of rich, buttery pasta with delicately shaved truffles, celebrating Croatia’s luxuriant culinary heritage.
