  • fresh thyme – 1 tbsp / 5 g
  • bay leaf – 1
  • salt – 1 tsp / 5 g
  • black pepper – 1 tsp / 5 g

Instructions

  1. 1. Season duck breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add duck breasts, skin-side down, and cook until browned and fat is rendered, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
