Instructions

- Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll it into a large rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly over the surface.
- Roll up the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 8 equal pieces and place each piece, cut side up, into greased muffin tins.
