Ingredients

  • pork belly – 700 g / 1.5 lbs

  • black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • butter – 50 g / 1/4 cup
  • all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
  • milk – 500 ml / 2 cups
  • fresh parsley – 50 g / 1 cup, finely chopped
  • potatoes – 800 g / 1.75 lbs, peeled and boiled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Score the pork belly, then season generously with salt and black pepper.
