  • Active dry yeast – 1 tablespoon
  • Milk – 1 cup / 240 ml
  • Butter – 4 tablespoons / 60 g
  • Egg – 1 large
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup / 240 ml

  • Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons / 16 g

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until just melted. Let it cool slightly.
