Ingredients

  • cornmeal – 2 cups / 240 g
  • all-purpose flour – 1 cup / 125 g
  • sulguni cheese – 1 cup grated / 150 g
  • milk – 1 cup / 240 ml
  • butter – 1/4 cup melted / 56 g
  • egg – 1 large
  • baking powder – 1 tablespoon / 14 g
  • salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
