- Yellow onion – 1 medium, grated

- Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Thyme – 1 tsp, dried
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil – For frying
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, grated onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, grated carrot, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of a golf ball, and flatten them slightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook each side for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain the patties on paper towels before serving hot, with a side of your choice.
