Instructions
- To make the pasta dough, combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil.
- Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.
